About me
Sara is a skilled Tarot reader and spiritual channeler, known for her deep connection to the spiritual realm. As the owner and founder of the House of Obatala in Morris Park, Bronx, NYC, Sara's journey began with a traditional Botanica. Guided by her spirit guides, she transitioned away from unhealthy, commercialized spiritual products, embracing natural and environmentally safe alternatives.
In a typical session, Sara conveys messages that spirit or the universe would like you to know, covering aspects such as relationships, career, health, and alignment. Clients have the opportunity to seek clarity during the session and ask questions afterward. Specific topics can be focused on if preferred. Departed loved ones, Spirit Guides, and other beings may also participate, with their messages shared during the session. Remedies and prescriptions may be offered as part of the guidance.
Sara has assisted with a variety of cases but remains committed to her personal and moral values, refraining from using her abilities to inflict harm or create division and violence. She does not support hate or malicious acts towards any group or individual. Although she is a Priestess in the Lucumi Tradition, Sara welcomes people from all religious backgrounds and practices Universal oneness, believing in the interconnectedness of all beings.
A dedicated advocate for social justice and equality, Sara has marched for immigration and domestic violence causes. With years of experience as a 911 EMS provider in the South Bronx, she continues to give back to her community through yearly coat drives, donations of sanitary products, and collection of gently used household items. Sara engages in various charitable acts to support the community in any way possible.

Winter Coat Drive
Winter Coat & Accessories Drive
As the cold weather approaches, we at the House of Obatala are dedicated to supporting our community by collecting winter coats and accessories (including hats, gloves, scarves, and more) for those in need.
We welcome your donations of new or gently used items to help keep someone warm this winter. Drop off donations during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm at our studio, or reach out to us to arrange a pick-up. Together, we can bring warmth and care to our community this season.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
