My Story

My name is Sara, and I’ve been walking a spiritual path guided by Spirit, ancestors, and divine alignment long before my first initiation in 2006. Like many of us called to this work, my awakening came through hardship, healing, and a deep need to find meaning beyond the surface.

I started with a traditional botanica — shelves filled with products, candles, and tools. But over time, Spirit made it clear: my work wasn’t just about what I sold, but how I served. I began to let go of what no longer aligned and leaned into deeper connection, integrity, and truth.

In 2019, I founded the House of Obatalá — not just as a business, but as a sanctuary. A sacred space where people could receive spiritual guidance, reconnect with their ancestors, and be reminded of their power.

My Purpose

I’m not here to fix people. I’m not a guru.

My purpose is to walk beside others as they remember who they are.

I hold space for healing, clarity, and transformation — guided by Spirit and grounded in real-life experience.

Whether through Tarot, intuitive conversation, ritual, or energy work, I help others reconnect with the divine wisdom that already lives inside them. Everything I offer — every product, reading, or workshop — is prayed over, blessed, and rooted in intention.
